At the Cirque Athlete Handstands & Fitness, we provide all Handstand programmes and training workouts to help you explore your physical potential; move better, get strong and have more fun with your training.

Our specialist Bray Buenrostro, will help start or continue your Handstands journey with a proven cutting-edge system that combines the best of gymnastics-based training to improve strength, coordination, agility and flexibility. From learning online at your own pace with our personalised online coaching packages or doing face-to-face, workshop, or one of our classes, we’ll help you get it right from the start!

Bray Buenrostro

Born in Guadalajara Mexico. Bray started his acrobatic journey after graduating from Performing Arts at the Institute of Artistic Development (IDEA) in 2008. He then continued his training with professional hand balancers, acrobats, and Cirque du Soleil artists and mentors and pursued a career in the entertainment industry where he managed to consolidate as a multi-skilled performer specialising in Aerial Straps and Partner Balance.

Bray’s a commitment, dedication and passion for the stage have taken him around the world touring with some of the most reputable productions including Stage Entertainment(NL) The Generating Company(UK) Coco Bongo(MX) Ohlala(CH) Friedrichsbau Variete(DE) Europa Park(DE) and Draculas Cabaret(AU) and the list continues.
